Steve Lucas
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Steve Lucas is a seasoned business development executive with 15 years of experience in the physical security, building automation, and energy management industries, Lucas brings an in-depth knowledge of open platform solutions from a diverse range of market applications. Prior to joining Mercury, Steve served as a business development executive for Tridium Inc, and has held a variety of roles at Johnson Controls. Lucas holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute.
Stephanie Moore White
Controller
Stephanie Moore White is responsible for accounting, treasury, financial planning and audit at Mercury Security. Prior to joining Mercury, she gained experience in various managerial financial roles and worked in public accounting. Ms. Moore White holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills and is currently working towards her MBA from the University of Mississippi.
Michael Serafin
Vice President of Engineering
Michael Serafin is responsible for managing Mercury Security’s development team and providing our OEM partners with complete programming support and interface information. Prior to Mercury Security, Serafin held numerous positions at Lenel Systems International, where he gained a first-hand understanding of customer demands that drive Mercury’s products. A seasoned programmer with a strong background in a variety of operating systems, databases and development tools, Michael also served as software engineer focused on creating production test tools for Eastman Kodak. Serafin earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Frank Cuneo
Vice President of Operations
Frank Cuneo is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversees the facility, production, planning/procurement and warehousing groups. With more than 25 years of global experience in the physical and logical access control industries, Cuneo brings a strong background in global supply chain, lean manufacturing, and business analytics. Prior to joining Mercury Security, Frank held several operations, supply chain and project management positions over 12 years at HID Global. Cuneo began his career at Indala Corporation and was part of the management team acquired by Motorola. Frank attended San Jose State University where he studied business and sociology.
